Do you like to break a sweat?
Fig Yoga, Newton  "Fig" Campbell's trademark class, has an intensity like no other, working muscles you did not know existed.

Are you pregnant and want to keep your body tone throughout the whole term?

NEW TO YOGA?

Here are some basic tips to get you going to your first Yoga or Pilates class at Triad Yoga & Pilates:

Do I have to pre-register?
Please go to the class schedule and click sign up and fill out the new student form.  If you are coming in from a promotional offer you will need to come into the studio and after your first visit in person, you will be able to register online.

What do I wear?
Wear comfortable cloths such as sweat pants and a t-shirt. Students are asked to remove their shoes in the lobby and practice barefoot in the studio.

Do I need to bring any equipment or a mat?
Please bring your own mat if you have one and a small towel.  We have mats you can use but highly recommend investing in one of your own.  Preferably a Jade or Manduka mat should be purchased for your safety and performance.  We provide all other accessories and equipment.

I am not flexible or in shape. Can I still do Yoga or Pilates?
Yes! Yoga and Pilates will help you become more flexible. You will start seeing a difference in how you hold a pose after a couple weeks of attending classes regularly. Yoga is a lot more than just becoming flexible - you will benefit on many different levels. From physical modalities including stress reduction, deep relaxation, inner peace to balance and prosperity. It is always a good idea to consult your doctor.
